The days of cutting and pasting tweets into your blog are over. Twitter has introduced an official embedding tool. Bloggers and web site owners can now embed graphic tweets into their stories, thus protecting the integrity of the tweet. It also looks strong graphically and will minimise the chances of the person who tweeted being misquoted or taken out of context. The original spelling will also be preserved and readers can click straight through to the Twitter page of whoever is quoted. Tweets are fast becoming the new “quotes” of the digital media age.
