Globrix.ie utilises Google Street View

Property website Globrix.ie has announced new features. The ‘Know’ section claims to be, “the only transparent view of up-to-date property statistics available in the Irish market”.
House hunters can view month-by-month median house price data for 1, 2, 3 and 4-bed properties. A house price data chart also plots changes in house prices over time, illustrating local market trends for would-be buyers.
The site is also collaborating with online directory yourlocal.ie to provide results on local area services such as schools, transport options, restaurants, shopping, gyms and childcare. Results can be specified down to town level.
Globrix.ie also utilises Google Street View, providing house hunters with 360 degree street-level photos of houses, streets and neighbourhoods.
