Irish digital agency, eightytwenty/interactive has joined Havas Worldwide’s global digital network 4D and will now be known as eightytwenty/4D.Clients of eightytwenty/4D include Bank of Ireland, Toyota, The Irish Times, Meteor, Colgate, RTÉ, Grafton Recruitment, Irish Distillers, FAI, Munster Rugby and Unilever.
eightytwenty’s founders, David Connor and David O’Leary will continue to manage the business. “It will be business as usual but our clients can expect the depth of our knowledge to grow as we gain access to global thinking. Being independent was a badge of honour for many years. However, an in-depth strategic review of local and global market needs highlighted the need for access to best-in-class global thinking. In saying that, we are a local agency with an excellent team of people working with us which is also vitally important, especially in the social media space,” said Connor.
Connor will continue in his role as Head of Digital and Social Media and O’Leary will continue in his role as Head of Experiential and Emerging Media.
