NDRC LaunchPad LiftOff winning team b-sm@rk with Ben Hurley, CEO, NDRC

b-sm@rk, an Italian startup, has won the third NDRC “LiftOff” competition for tech start-ups.
b-sm@rk is an online tool for emotionally tagging and reviewing web content, offering brands and retailers enhanced market intelligence. The team behind the product was among nine start-ups from NDRC’s LaunchPad accelerator programme competing for an investment prize fund to the value of €60,000.
The investor panel that picked the winner included Shay Garvey, Delta Partners, HBAN Angel Investor of the Year Conall Lavery from TechExecs Syndicate, Brand Consultant Noel Toolan and Ben Hurley, CEO, NDRC.
In second place was scrazzl, an Irish startup and certainly one to watch for the future – http://www.scrazzl.com/. Others to watch include Qwrk, a media buying network that could revolutionise the media buying & planning sector, and a service that will have great appeal to publishers and marketers. Also, buynowtv.com, an interactive TV service for advertisers of all shapes and sizes.
