James Kelly

Irish digital and interactive content creator, vStream, has appointed multi-award winning 3D artist, James Kelly from Sony Computer Entertainment Europe to head up its 3D service offering.
In this role, Kelly is responsible for the production of Stereoscopic 3D films including the recent Aviva Stadium 3D Experience, 3D modelling and design for games and augmented reality apps and high end visual effects for film productions and TV commercials.
Kelly has over 13 years industry experience working in the gaming industry and then as a character artist for Sony Computer Entertainment Europe. He holds a Higher Diploma in Animation from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art Design and Technology, and his work has been recognised by numerous award programmes including a Motion Broadcast award at the Digital Artist Awards.
vStream is behind the world’s first stereoscopic 3D personalised movie experience (The Aviva Stadium 3D Experience), and the first Irish installation of PC based MS Kinect technology (The Phil Lynott Experience). The company is also behind the annual multi-country live streaming event, The Jameson Global Party.
