Today (November 7th), sees the opening of a week-long international technology summit in Leixlip, Co Kildare.
The 10th annual NetHope Global Member Summit is hosted by Concern Worldwide.
Senior management from leading technology companies will meet with tech leaders and professionals drawn from NetHope’s membership of 33 of the world’s key humanitarian, development and emergency response organisations.
“It is a good news story that Ireland has been selected over a number of competing countries to host this 10th anniversary summit,” says Concern CEO, Tom Arnold. “It again highlights Ireland’s status as a key player in the Information and Communications Technology fields.”
NetHope helps member organisations solve common technology problems and foster strong relationships with private industry. It also aims to educate its members on developments in innovation and technology.
