A new cloud-based property management platform has just been launched. Rentview is part of the ‘The 12 Business Days of Christmas’ running from 1st to 20th of December. The initiative, created by DCU Business School and LINK, the Leadership, Innovation and Knowledge Research Centre, is supported by AIB.
Rentview offers property managers, landlords and tenants online access to rent schedules, receipts, and invoices.
“Rentview can reduce defaulting rent payments by up to 40%. It takes the administration and collection issues sometimes associated renting out of the process,” claims MD, Colin Napper.
