Netflix, the online video streaming service has launched today in Ireland and the UK. It offers unlimited access to a broad range of entertainment for just €6.99 a month. Netflix is offering a free, one month trial to the Irish market.
At launch, Netflix is offering films and TV programmes from All3Media, the BBC, CBS, Channel 4’s 4oD, Disney UK & Ireland, ITV, Lionsgate UK, MGM, Miramax, Momentum Pictures, NBCUniversal, Paramount, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Twentieth Century Fox and Viacom International Media Networks.
Netflix is also integrated with Facebook. Members can connect their Facebook account to Netflix and share what they’re watching on both Netflix and their Facebook Timeline.
