Youth communications agency Thinkhouse is hosting a ‘Future thinkers day’ in Dublin, on Tuesday, January 31 in a bid to secure the right candidate for a job on offer at the agency. The agency says the event is open to people “from all walks of life, any creative or media discipline, at any level of experience”.
People who want the job will have to pitch their ideas to the agency’s mix of “brand strategists, digital natives, social animals, movie makers, publicity seekers and party throwers”.
“This new recruitment process uses our time, and the time of our applicants, smartly. If people are interested in Thinkhouse, we’re interested in them. We don’t want CVs. We want people to apply in the most socially compatible way, Facebook – via our Future Thinkers tab,” says Jane McDaid, MD of Thinkhouse.
