Value Nation, a new customer engagement & loyalty company says it will create 50 jobs in the next 18 months.

Founded by John Paul L’Estrange and Eamonn Dawson, two former managers of the One4all gift card (The Gift Voucher Shop), the first product Value Nation will be rolling out is LolliPoints. Shoppers can collect LolliPoints through a single card or mobile app and redeem them in the outlets in which they were collected.

12 web architects and engineers built the system and the app; every line of code was written in Ireland. The free app supports Android and iOS with a Windows version planned. If the consumer chooses to use the physical LolliPoints card, they can at any time convert to the app and all their history will automatically be ported over too. The user receives an email receipt every time they use the app or the card. There will be over 100 merchants participating in the Value Nation scheme by Christmas.

The new jobs will be in the areas of sales, customer service, marketing, software development, finance and social media.
