The Appys 2013 – dates and details

The 2013 Appys will take place in the CHQ Building in Dublin’s IFSC on Thursday November 21st. Judging is being finalised. The shortlist will be announced shortly.

The dress code is ‘smart and fabulous’ but NOT Black Tie! Dress to impress by all means but it’s not ball gowns and monkey suits.

The evening kicks off with a drinks reception at 7PM. There will be a complimentary bar serving beer, wine and soft drinks for the duration of the event. The set up is lounge style, so it will be pod tables and couches as opposed to tables of 10.

Food will be served. There will be light snacks when you arrive and supper will take the form of gourmet pies from The Pie Man Cafe and side salad. The pies are delicious and filling and definitely will serve as your dinner (no pizza ordering required!). Once again the bar is complimentary.

He was so good last year that we are bringing back funnyman Colm O’Regan who stole the show in 2012. The awards will start at 9.45PM approx and will be finished by 11.00PM. We will wind up in the main venue at 11:30 and continue to the after party at Number 37 bar on Dawson Street.
